Treatment Approach
I am a compassionate, non-judgmental, and affirming therapist who creates a safe space to explore your relationships; both with others and with yourself. I believe that although therapy is a collaborative process, you are the expert in your life and your experiences are uniquely yours. In sessions, we will examine some of the root causes of the patterns in your life and strive for self-discovery, self-affirmation, and self-growth. I will help you to identify, examine, and ultimately challenge negative self-talk that has likely led to negative coping behaviors. You will learn to cultivate safety and security within so that you can recognize and seek safety and security from the important individuals in your life.
